1. How do I qualify for a free gift?
To be eligible, you need to have purchased a new car between 21st June and 24th June 2019. To locate your nearest dealership please click here.
2. How do I choose my gift?
Upon purchasing and accepting delivery of your vehicle, Arnold Clark will provide you with a voucher code, and link to the claim site. The claim site will be open from 25th June 2019 where you can choose your gift.
3. How long do I have to choose my gift?
The claim site will close midnight 9th August 2019. We are not able to accept any claims after this date.
4. Once I have chosen my gift, how long to I have to wait to receive it?
Your gift will be sent to your mailing address within 28 days of claiming.
5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If it has been over 28 days since claiming your gift. Please get in touch with The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 254* and a member of the team will be happy to help you. Please make sure you have your unique claim code and quote to hand. *The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
